It explains that men are not created to rule when women will just sit and watch. This includes counseling one another and regarding what the other individual considers. They also believe in talents and different abilities which people have. In this case they argue that such abilities have been given for the edification of the fellowship as a whole. Therefore one is not to be treated in a special way for nothing. They also accept that there is what different people can do and thus one should not be rated according to what others can do.

When children are growing they are taught to respect each other. This has seen great social developments as they carry this on even in their lifetime. This helps them at schools and places of work to respect each. This includes understanding what the rest do or think. Therefore they move on together peacefully with great love.

People have been able to grown in faith when they are at peace with each other. When the fellowship is in love with the policies adopted they focus on great things. This kind of principle has reduced resistance which is at times experienced in other places. In this case they do not look at the leader as a man or woman but a representative who is out to deliver.
