Having dual careers is not something that is common. Only several people have the perseverance and diligence to take this path. It is not common for a person to take up nursing and law in one lifetime. But there are people who were able to accomplish this feat. And then you can go ahead and take up law in any of the prestigious institutions around. The choice of the school is up to you provided that it is accredited.

Then you will have to take the board exam for your license. Without passing it, it would also be impossible for you to find a good job or even practice your profession. There are also several lawyers who discovered that they want to specialize in medical legal issues. Hence, they also have to study any medical related courses.

You need to know the procedures specifics first hand for you to learn more as well.

Communication skills are very important for both fields. You would not be able to talk and explain well if you cannot get the most essential details about a certain issue if you are about to solve one. Most of the time, you will be dealing with medical malpractices. And if you do not have good skills when you communicate, the case will go nowhere.

If there are issues, you have to learn how to analyze everything faster so that the issue would not get bigger and it will not get worse as well.
