The Episcopal Church is basically a member of the Anglican Community, and has its worldwide headquarters in United States, New York. The church has been predominant in all parts of United States, since it was incepted in the 17th Century. It has remained to be among the very popular religious affiliations, hitherto. Currently, the presiding Bishop is called Michael Curry, and is on record for being the first Black American bishop to reign in that overall position.

It is also worth noting all the various principles and doctrines that the denomination strictly adheres to and have full belief in. First and foremost, commensurate to all other Christians, Episcopalians believe in Jesus Christ. They have belief that He was specially sent by God, died and later resurrected. He is the way to eternity, to all staunch believers.

The denomination strictly is guided by the Holy Book called The Bible. They believe the Book was written by people who were under influence of Holy Spirit. The two most necessary and significant sacraments in the denomination are Holy Eucharist alongside Holy Baptism.

Other sacraments which are also highly considered by believers include ordination, confirmation, unction, marriages, among others. The teaching and value that is instilled to all Episcopalians is love, and all believers and Christians in general are entitled to love God and also all their neighbors.
