The injury in question has to be material enough. It must never be trivial.

Car accidents usually injure innocent people. In the worst case scenario, there can even be death. Those who have been injured deserve to obtain justice. Criminal law is an important part of the justice system. No matter how safe a country is, there will always be crimes. That can be attributed to the bad elements of society. These people deserve to face the full wrath of the law. Some crimes can hand a person a very length prison sentence. There might even be the death sentence.

Courts are the primary facilitators of justice in the British Virgin Islands as well as in other parts of the world such as the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
