They believe decentralization of management facilitates running of institutions as a decision concerning believers is easily made.

Observe constitutional church and human rights and freedom at large. They ways advocate for equality without biases. They discourage ethnicity and racism. They check that the freedom of worship is observed.this is importance for good coexistence of society members.

Baptist churches value interdenominational cooperation. They believe that due to background and traditions people got varying beliefs, but they all worship one God. This gives them the love for all churches. They have believe that holding interdenominational prayers and rallies is the best way to bring masses into Christ.

They trust Bible as the holy word of God and use it for pastoral activities. Bible is a handbook for all Baptists. They believe it contains the relevant message from God to the people. There is sufficient evidence that Bible is the word of God. He took part in writing the commandments. Holy Spirit guided all authors on what to write.

They believe in Holy Communion. They follow the command of Christ that was given during the last supper. This was when Christ shared wine and bread as a symbol of blood and body of Christ. They believe also in sharing of bread and wine they are symbolically sharing body and blood of Christ which was sacrificed for the salvation of humanity. This practice is highly honored. One is not allowed to receive this sacrament until one undergoes the doctrine teachings of Baptist churches.
