In most Sunday school classes teachers often teach based on stories such as Jonah and the Whale and other folks tales. In most cases, those understanding the Holy Trinity which is God The Father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Ghost are often considered a disciple. As such, Sunday school is a strategy which impacts people throughout life. As such, it should be a positive rather than negative experience otherwise an individual might later reject the teachings and turn away from God.
Most families which believe in Christ often have a strong sense of community and family at home as well as at church and school. In doing so, home life is often built on dignity, respect and understanding. Whereas, it is important that the leaders of the family follow the biblical doctrines in a way that is loving and non-abusiveness if and when discipline or other actions are necessary.
In most cases, Sunday school students not only learn about salvation but also go through a spiritual transformation. For, classes often teach in ways that lead one to consider life and all it has to offer. After which, when one decides to build a personal relationship with the Supreme Being, many begin living a more spiritually focused life.
There are other philosophies and principles which are based on the Bible. While some of these are taught though churches and schools, others are learned in life. While some churches and schools are accepting of these lessons, others tend to reject anything which has not been taken directly from the Bible or so-called Word of God.
