The Reason That Religions Have Those Churches That Observe The Sabbath

By Martha King

The environment has always been a point of fascination of human beings. Since the time that first started to come out of those vast jungles where they lived, nature was one of the things that has captivated them and made the entire race think. During the stone ages, lots of natural and unexplained that can be explained today, confused those that lived in the past.

Due to the creative and imaginative mind of humans, they were able to see things that other animals could not. The idea of scientific explanation had not yet been created at this time, so humans need to create the explanation that they saw happen in nature. This sort of practice eventually grew into something that is very big that it led to Churches that observe the sabbath Winnipeg.

The environment that surrounded humanity had fascinated and enthralled them so much that the early man sought an explanation for the things that happen around them. Due to the nature of the time, man had thought that the power of nature was supernatural. The tribes that formed during this time believed in sprites.

When humanities cognitive ability grew, so did the ability to understand. Through this, more beliefs were made by the ancient people. Even as the ages passed, the faith of various humans only improved. The deities that were worshiped went from the nature that had to forms to that of beings that resembled man.

With the growing intelligence, came with a bit of arrogance. Humans thought that they were made in gods image or the gods themselves. This kind of belief was every prominent in the ancient Egyptian myths and legends. The ancient Egyptians treated their Pharos as god kings that would rule over the entire nation.

The Greeks were also an ancient civilization that had unique beliefs of their own. It is notable to mention that these Greeks had one of the first gods and goddess that looked and resembled man completely. The Greek pantheon were made up of human like deities that acted quite human as well.

But going back to ancient Egypt. It was in these deserts that one of the most enduring and popular forms of religion would start. This particular religion would be called Abrahamic due to the man known as Abraham being its primary founder. This religion had many different branches and would soon become the world most practice religions.

The Jewish faith is very strict with how they worship god and how often they do so. It was the Jewish people that first practiced the day of sabbath. This is the day that the god the father would give rest for the followers and itself. In the Torah and the Jewish creation story, the seventh day, or the sabbath, is the day that the lord took a rest from making man.

During the passage of time, there are other branches to Abrahamic religion. These branches would grow into something so big that it would take over the entire world and become part of the peoples everyday lives. These religions were most prominent during the middle ages were many had stronger faiths.
