This is where the public documents are being managed including the death certificates of the state. Going to the county where the person died can also be done. The county clerk can assist you with the search and can provide the record if it is available. This is also faster than going to the state office. Mail request can be sent if it is not possible to go to any office. All the requirements have to be enclosed on the letter to avoid the hassle and delay. One is expected to wait for days if the request is done through a mail order. This can be avoided with the use of the Internet.
